The Chamber launches Leadership Las Vegas, a professional development program. The program is now in its 25th year and has a network of over 1,000 alumni dedicated to enhancing business and quality of life in Nevada.
The Chamber, in partnership with the Las Vegas Convention & Visitors Authority, premieres Customer Service Excellence, a turnkey program designed to reward outstanding instances of customer service from exemplary individuals throughout the city.
